"CHARITY LOTTERY AT THE PARISH OF SANTA DOMITILLA - LATINA"

CHARITY COMPETITION TO BUILD THE OASIS OF PIETY

Regulation of the local lottery pursuant to Presidential Decree: 430/2001 called by the writer Mons. Yoannis Lahzi GAID, legal representative of the non-profit association Bambino Gesù del Cairo, based in the Parish of Santa Domitilla - Viale Giorgio de Chirico, 7 - 04100 Latina (Lt) - Tel./Fax: +39 0773 60 59 98 and carried out according to the rules contained in the following articles:

Article I. Typology of prize event

Article II. Lottery denomination

Charity Competition to build the Oasis of Piety;

Article III. Period of development

from 15 November 2021 to 31 December 2021;

Article IV. Beneficiaries of the promotion

The Child Jesus Association of Cairo onlus. The funds raised with this lottery will be used to finance the activities of the Association, for the creation of the non-profit Oasi della Pietà Orphanage, in the pure interest of orphaned children in Egypt. The same is responsible for verifying the regular distribution of tickets and for collecting and canceling the remaining tickets by 31 December 2021, one hour before the extraction which will take place at 22.00;

Article V. Eligible Participants

To participate in the draw, one or more lottery tickets must be obtained within and no later than the period indicated in art. IV;

Article VI. Lottery mechanics, ticket quantities and prices

Will be printed n. 2,500 (two thousand five hundred) tickets divided into matrices (blocks of 50 tickets each) numbered from no. 0001 to 2500. Each single ticket has a minimum offer of Euro 20.00. Each ticket contributes to a single prize according to the order of extraction. The distribution of tickets is carried out in the territory of the Lazio region;

The tickets distributed will participate in the extraction of the following prizes:

Article VIII. Dates and place of prize draw

The extraction will take place in the presence of the writer. The prize draw will take place on 31 December 2021 at 10.00 pm, at the premises of the Parish of Santa Domitilla - Viale Giorgio de Chirico, 7 - 04100 Latina (Lt);

Article IX. How to draw prizes

The writer or the official in charge will choose one or more children of the parish community from among the audience to proceed with the extraction. We will proceed by extracting the numbers from specially made urns containing the ticket stubs. The number of valid draws will correspond to the number of prizes up for grabs, in order of importance, from the last to the first prize;

Article X. How to communicate winnings

The winners will be able to verify the winning tickets through the list of winning numbers displayed on the parish bulletin board and on the website of the Association www.bambinogesu-eg.net, for the thirty days following the draw;

Article XI. Method of delivery of prizes

The prizes will be delivered directly to the winners, upon presentation of the winning ticket, at the premises of the Parish of Santa Domitilla - Viale Giorgio de Chirico, 7 - 04100 Latina (Lt), no later than the thirtieth day following the draw;

Article XII. How to participate in this prize competition

Participation in this prize competition implies, for the participant, the unconditional and total acceptance of the rules and clauses contained in these regulations without any exceptions;

Article XIII. Regulation changes

The legal representative of the Parish of Santa Domitilla, aware of the fact that the publication of these regulations entails, for the obligations assumed towards the participants, the application of articles 1989, 1990 and 1991 of the Italian Civil Code, reserves the right to modify , at any time, the content of the articles of this regulation in whole or in part, taking care that the app changes
